Yesterday the kids and I decided we were going to put some water in the pool, we hooked up the hose to the tap and tried to turn it on that didn’t work. So desperately trying to please the two oldest I started carrying back and forth two buckets of water at a time to dump in the pool. I admit it clearly wasn’t my smartest moment, let’s blame it on the heat or the mom brain shall we.
After that brief moment of urm, numb brain we finally got the tap figured out. Let me tell you this doesn’t always apply, but in this particular situation it’s relevant “you get what you pay for” the pool is alright, but it’s definitely not a winner. Here’s Keera and Zaden it’s a beautiful picture, but something you didn’t see is what they did before I took the photo. Before I took it they pulled up all the sides of the pool, to stop the water from falling out. That’s what I mean by you get what you pay for considering we didn’t pay much for this pool. On a happier note it did what it’s purpose was and that was to cool the kids off.Emilee’s first reaction to the water was that it was scary and cold!! After this photo I took her out thinking she didn’t like it, and she started to cry so I put her back in. She was happy again, and to help her get used to the water she had her big sister!
